Q: Is there room to add a room up in the attic?
A: It would be difficult to revise these plans and would require extensive revisions.

Q: I like the floor plan but I have a question about the small window that are shown on the side view (bedroom side), they are very high up and the drawing makes it look like the are a part of a second floor but I know there isn't one--window in attic space? or they window in ceiling of bathrooms?
A: Those are not windows. They are louver vents for the attic. Thanks for the question.

Q: What is the ceiling height of the kitchen - living room area? Charming house plan with the wrap around porch.
A: As shown on the plans the ceiling height is 9'-0. If needed you can either lessen or make it bigger. Thanks for the question.

A: Based on a 5’-0 high wall line you would have approx. 800 SF of attic space.
Q: It looks like there is a second floor at the back of the house...is there storage up there or what?
A: There is no 2nd floor. But plenty of attic storage above
Q: I think I understand. The picture makes the rear of the house look like large rooms when in fact it's just decorative window space, correct?
A: Not quite sure what you mean about decorative window space. The plan has a large 3/4 wrap around covered porch and an outdoor kitchen space to make as grand as you would like.
