Plan Description
This beautiful traditional country plan features all the "most requested" features that your family desires in a home. Printed on a wide-format xerox machine to guarantee quality of the prints and very good legibility. Prints are printed on white bond paper. Reproducible plans are printed on eraseable vellum.

A: Hello, Well, Sorry, That’s not possible. The result would be a totally new custom plan, and would not have anywhere near this many rooms. That’s beyond the scope of a modification, and would cost more than starting from scratch with a local designer to have a custom plan drawn up. The room sizes in this plan are not oversized now.. so removing that much footage just wont end up with useable room sizes in most places. We may be able to remove 200 to 300 s.f. without eliminating any rooms, but that’s about it. Thanks. Modification Department Stephen Mathis, CPBD
A: Hello, Garage ceiling height is approx. 9 feet, depending on where its measured. The slab slopes towards the garage doors slightly. The garage doors are 8 feet tall. The garage slab is 16" lower than the main house floor to provide more headroom in attic above. To change the foundation, please call for a modifications quote.
