A:Hello, Yes, the size can be changed onsite by the builder, or we can modify the plan for $375 in addition to the purchase of the plan package. Allow 4 to 6 working days for preliminary plans, and another 7 to 10 working days for final plans. Thanks.
Q:can these buildings be a maximum of 20 ft high?
A:Hello, The garage currently calls for 9' ceiling on first floor, with a 12/12 sloped roof, and its approx. 22 feet high.
You could build it with an 8' first floor ceiling, and a 10/12 roof slope to make it slightly less than 20 feet tall. Those are easy changes to make onsite.
