Q:Do you have this plan with a hip roof? Will you quote the following modification: extend the master bathroom into the storage space, creating a wet room where the shower is so that I will have a tub and shower there?
A:Hello, No, we do not have a hipped roof version of this plan, but we can modify it to be hipped.
The cost to modify the plans as requested, including the hipped roof would be $395 in addition to the plan package. Allow 2 weeks.
When your ready to proceed, call the website to place the order. Be sure to tell them that you have requested modifications. We will then create preliminary plans for your review. Once approved, we complete the plans and process the modification fee separately.
