A: When we add a basement, it is unfinished space that mirrors the main level living space. If you wanted finished living space, it would be a modification request, but would mirror the upper living space.
Q: Can you advise the size of the kitchen island?
A: The island measures 15’5” x 3’6” and this includes the cabinets they connect to

A: There’s a jack and jill bath between beds 2 and 3.
