A: Good morning, See square footage breakdown attached. Bedroom 4 is being listed as a bonus room since it is optional. If bedroom 4 is finished, this will add 199 sqft to your heated/cooled making total heated/cooled sqft of home 1,671. The grilling porch and supply room is approximately 145 sqft unheated space.
