Q:HI my name is Michele and I'm interested in your design 62620. But I'm wondering if a wood burning fireplace can be added to the drawing? Also curious if there is a door to the backyard from the dining area. It's hard to tell in the drawing.
A:Hi Michele,
The gas-log fireplace in this plan is the same size as a wood burning fireplace so the only thing needed is extending the chimney which any contractor should be able to do without even making plan modifications. There is a 6' sliding glass door on the center of the Dining room bay window.
