Q: This plan has stairs that descend on the the main floor indicating a basement. The basement plans are not included with the floorplans page. Is there a way I could take a look at the basement plan?
A: This plan has a full basement, which means that it has only a basic finishing, that is to say insulated gyproc walls that are painted. Baseboard heating is also forseen but there are no divisions and therefore no actual floor plan.
The full basement is the same for all of our plans and if there is no actual floor plan there is no existing floor plan for the basement.
