A: Thank you for your interest in plan 69356. Unfortunately we do not have a material list available for this design. We would recommend talking with your contractor. It has been our experience that the general contractor along with the subcontractors and manufacturers can review the design and prepare material take-offs for the services they provide.
A: Thank you for getting back to us with your additional question. The furnace is located in the closet in the utility room. It is represented on the floor plan as a rectangle on the right side of the closet (along the exterior wall).
