A: The four columns are not functioning columns, so they can be eliminated. The kitchen is where a double or single wall oven with a microwave above. Thank you for the question.

Q: How is the attic accessed?
A: A ceiling hatch can be placed in the pantry or where you want in the hall space. Or you can install a pull-down stair in the hall space. Thanks for the question.
Q: What are the dimensions of the exterior of the house and how deep is the porch? Is the porch the same depth on all sides?
A: The house is 60' x 60'. Porch is 7'-6, all sides making the house itself 45' x 45'. Thanks for the question, Mike
Q: If the plan calls for vaulted on kitchen/living room side, is the window on top actually visible from living area?
A: In this plan the Living/Dining is not vaulted. The window is seen from the attic. You probably could do some modification and make it visible from a vaulted ceiling. Please call 800-482-0464, and one of our sales reps can transfer you to the modifications department to get a quote.
