Q: Does the covered portion have footers underneath it? Does it show a metal roof?

A: There are spot footings below the posts of the covered area. The current roof shown is Asphaltic Composition. A metal roof would be no problem if desired.

Q: Hello, I recently purchased this plan and another one at the same time. I was not sure which one I would be needing a materials list for and I was under the impression I could order the materials list up to 90 days later (I think I misunderstood), therefore, I did not purchase it at the time. Is it too late. And, if so, would you be willing to let me purchase the material list with an additional set of plans? Please let me know. Thank you

Q: What would the total distance with roof overhang? front to back and side to side. The pic. looks like your only showing slab size.

A: Good Afternoon! The overall footprint of the building including overhangs, but not gutters, is 23’0” x 25’0” I hope this helps you!
