Exterior dimensions are 74' wide by 49' deep. Most of today's home plan designs have a minimal porch at 6' deep. In contrast, this generous design has a porch depth of 8' on all sides. As a result, there is no stumbling over closely-packed chairs and potted flowers. Instead, you can make your way around gracefully and follow the shaded side of the house to relax at any time of day.
