If you have a narrow lot, choose this Traditional Neighborhood House Plan because it's only 20' wide! The main level shows a living room which is open to the kitchen. Here we have a nice island and a walkway through a set of pantry closets to the powder room. Dining room and laundry closet are also on this level. Upstairs, we have all 3 bedrooms, and of course Mom and Dad have a private full bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Totals: 1,167 square feet of living area, 3 beds, and 2 baths.Special Features:
