A: Hello, the floor plan shown on the website is the livable space. When you get up the staircase, you can go left or right to either bedroom. The area labelled "upper living" is empty space that looks down into the living room below which has a vaulted ceiling. The door opening from bedroom 3 is attic space(not enough room there to create more living space).
