740 square feet is allotted for the RV parking area, and a 16' ceiling offers plenty of vertical space. In the rear, there is a work bench. The RV door measures 12' wide by 14' high. Overall, the motorhome parking is 17'6 wide by 39' deep. Be sure to check that the measurements will work for your motorhome. Parking for 2 standard-sized vehicles is available on the right side of the garage. Car parking is 23' wide by 23' deep. The two garage spaces are connected by the workshop. Details as required. Main floor plan at 1/4"=1'-0".
Second floor at 1/4"=1'-0", if applicable.
All four elevations at 1/4"=1'-0".
Structural floor / roof information indicated either on the floor plans or separate framing plans for complicated designs. Plans are engineered by a structural engineer, but not stamped or sealed. Ground snow load 40 psf. (or composite roof live load 32 psf, dead load 10 psf for total roof design load 42 psf) Floor live load 40 psf. Assumed soil bearing capacity 1560 psf.
Electrical fixtures / switches / smoke alarms by location on floor plans. Plumbing fixtures by location on floor plans. Windows are called out as generic nominal sizes on floor plans, opening directions indicated on elevations.
Items not including with plans: Interior cabinet elevations. Window schedules.
Situations beyond the scope of these drawings: High wind speeds. Seismic, shear walls, holddowns, nailing patterns. Energy code compliance.

Q:I would like the garage to be just as deep as RV garage. And would like RV garage to be a little longer, say 45ft. Need more living space, say about 2000 sq ft above garage, got any plans like that?
A:Have a look at pre-drawn plan number 76034.
It has a RV garage 55’ long with a 18’ plate height.
The double car garage is 49’ long with a 9’ plate height.
The area above the garage is 1280 sq. ft. and has a vaulted ceiling.
As an alternate I would be happy to modify any of my drawings or design you a custom garage to meet your specific requirements.
