A: Hello, 1)Correct, It meets the Ontario building code when you buy the BCIN certification ( 250$) 2) we dont see a problem, structure was calculated with a snow load of 75, which exceeds what we calculate for the floor structure, only thing is that because of roof drainage, there are slopes, a subfloor structure would need to ba added to level it out as well as banisters installed for security. 3) see floorplans 1906/1700/1703 4)930$ Thank you
