Plan Description
Great for outdoor living, this delightful raised cottage features front and rear wrap-a-round porches designed to allow cool breezes to flow through. The open design of the living spaces and oversized sliding glass doors make it possible to extend the interior space to the porches. Although compact, this charming home packs lots of living space into a small foot print and it is a super energy saving design featuring 2x6 exterior walls. The master suite, complete with sitting area and coffee bar, has a plush bath with twin vanities, spa tub, shower, private toilet and two giant size walk-in closets. The secondary bedrooms also have large closets and private access to the Jack and Jill bath complete with a private toilet and a huge linen closet. A half bath is conveniently located to allow access from both the hall and the rear porch. The Mechanical equipment and porch storage is hidden in the very secluded entrance to the half bath from the porch. At the rear of the home is an oversized 3 car garage where space has been allocated for an ADA ramp should it ever be needed. Entering into the house from the garage is stop-n-drop areas complete with a bulletin board, key holders, coat hooks and base and wall cabinets.
