Q:I was wondering. I purchased the price sheet for the 77419 plans and we’re interested in this floor plan for our next house. My only concern is I need a rough copy to take down to our zoning office in nc to see if they’ll approve for this to be built on our lot. But I hate to spend the 900 bucks to buy the full plans and then they turn it down and I wasted 900 bucks. I’m asking do you all have a rough plan not detailed sizes I can get and take to our local office and see if they would approve it for me to be built and sign off on it and then I buy the detailed plans to have it built on a slab?
