Plan Description
Presenting a 2,481 heated square foot plan that includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an owner’s choice room, and numerous other impressive design features! Entering the home from the 8-foot-deep covered front porch, you find the Great Room, which shares an open floor layout with the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Great Room features a ventless gas fireplace, upper and lower cabinetry providing extra storage, and a beautiful cathedral ceiling. The Kitchen includes a 9’ X 4’ island and a large walk-in pantry. Double doors from the Dining Area lead to the 8-foot-deep covered rear porch. The Master Bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom features a double vanity, a custom shower with a bench, a separate freestanding bathtub, and a private toilet. The other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, ensuring maximum privacy. Both Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk-in closets. A ½ bath and a full bathroom are conveniently located in the hall, easily accessible from either bedroom or for guests. The large laundry room provides ample cabinets for storage and an optional drying rod area.
