Country Craftsman Ranch House Plan 80525 makes exceptional use of 1,232 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an oversized attached 2-car garage. Designed for efficient one-story living, this small home combines Farmhouse character with a large kitchen island, flexible guest room, generous storage, covered outdoor living, and an optional vaulted ceiling that gives the interior a surprisingly spacious feel.White vertical siding, gray shutters, black-framed windows, and warm wood accents give the exterior crisp modern Farmhouse appeal. Tapered porch columns complement the wood garage doors, while the covered front porch creates a welcoming entrance. Around back, a 14-foot by 10-foot porch provides a private destination for reading, dining, or relaxing outdoors.
The kitchen is impressive for a home of this size, with ample cabinetry and a 9.5-foot-long island that comfortably seats up to four. Direct access to a walk-in pantry adds valuable storage, while the kitchen also connects conveniently with the rear dining porch, which can remain open or be screened for additional outdoor comfort.

Q: Is the crawlspace 8" block?
A: The plans show an 8" wide poured concrete wall for the crawlspace foundation. The customer can substitute masonry block (CMU's) per IRC 2021 Section R404.1.3
Q: My husband and I like this layout. we are looking to build on a walkout basement with the walkout part being at the front of the house. Do you have any floorpans that are similar, just a tad larger and with the basement? Also, we are looking to do a hybrid post and beam (Kitchen, Living, Dining as the post and beam), the rest of the house would be stick built. Would you be able to adjust the plans accordingly?
A: "The basement walkout is located at the rear of the house. The rear porch becomes a covered deck and the exterior door in the master bathroom becomes a window. The roof is a truss layout with scissor trusses in the living room and kitchen to create the vaulted ceiling."
