The sharp modern exterior is a blend of stone, stucco, and engineered wood. There is plenty of glass to brighten the interior with natural light. Modern Home Plan Main Floor
Modern Home Plan With Sundeck 80536 is a unique design. Firstly, it has two kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms. We start our tour on the Main Floor. This floor can also be called the "upper level" or "level one" because it's all above grade. Secondly, the open staircase gives unobstructed visual harmony to the living spaces. There is a handy pocket office just off the vaulted great room and a window seat in the dining area to add to the excitement. Traffic flows easily thanks to a walk-through laundry room. Storage is taken care of thanks to a large walk-in pantry.
Thirdly, walk into the well-appointed master suite which is 14' wide by 14'6 deep. Next, the ensuite includes private toilet closet, large walk-in closet, and double vanity.
