This stunning house plan bends traditional farmhouse and country design with modern elements to create the perfect home.

When you upgrade to an optional basement on this particular plan, you would receive a foundation page with a note that states “see builder/owner for window and door location”. We do not dictate door/window location or size on an unfinished walkout basement.
Please note that you would not receive a floorplan showing heated/cooled space for lower level as this is unfinished space.
Q:Will this plan come with specifications for: Slab, framing (interior & exterior), window & door sizes, plumbing, electrical, etc? Are these plans architecturally certified?
A:These plans come with floorplan(s), foundation plan, electrical plan, 4 exterior elevations, birds eye view of roof, and miscellaneous building details.
Since we are a national company and EPA regulations vary so much state to state, we cannot create plumbing plans, these will be left up to your plumber to create based on the plans we provide.
Finally, these plans do NOT come with an architect stamp, if this is needed, you will have to get locally once you receive plan files.
