A: There is a closet under the stairs that can be used - access the garage if you choose. The furnace can be placed in the bonus room space - create a utility/mechanical closet as desired

A: Hello, when an unfinished walk out BSMT is ordered for this plan, the rear wall of BSMT is shown as 2x6 framed and there is a note to see owner/builder for window/door placement. Since we do not know the grade of everyone’s lots, we do not show the walk out on the elevations, this will be determined onsite. The BSMT stairs go down under the stairs leading up to bonus room.
