Compact House Plan 82916 is very functionally designed. Firstly, entertaining is a breeze because of the open living space. The living room is your first impression when you walk inside. We love the trayed ceiling and the decorative beams because it really defines the space. The living room measures 16'6 wide by 15'4 deep, and the ceiling is 9' tall and raises up to 10' feet in the middle. Your family can create one large seating area or even two smaller more cozy spaces in this large living room.
