A: These items will be located by your mechanical contractor at site. Typically, they are in the attic space, but could also be in the storage area or one of the closets. If building on a basement foundation, they could be located there as well. There is ample attic storage available with the proper ceiling joist sizing over the living area of the plan. Access is through the bonus room.
