Rustic Country Style Home Plan #84708 has a welcoming lineup of rocking chairs spanning the front covered porch. This porch features thick rustic wooden columns with stone bases and a vaulted ceiling. In addition, there's another covered porch in the rear along with the 2-car carport. This 1,677 sq ft design includes 3 beds and 2 baths. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the guest bathroom, and the master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house and includes a great ensuite, WIC, and French doors which open to the rear porch. Enjoy warming up in front of the gas fireplace in the cozy great room, and fix and share meals in the kitchen where you have a walk-in panty and a good-sized island prep space.
