A: First Floor Ceiling Height 9' Second Floor Ceiling Height 8'
A: The basement level would be finished to your liking depending on the layout of your land. We only provide a basic generic basement plan as we are not able to specify the basements for each building site. If you want specific drawings done for a basement with specific rooms, that can be done at an additional price. The 2nd floor ceiling height is 8'. The unfinished space also has a ceiling height of 8'. It can become living area as well. It would be something that a builder can complete on site.
