Q:Hi. This house looks great! I have a couple of questions regarding the exterior: 1. how much vertical feet of stonework is there on the porch columns and on the front of the garage? 2. What is the distance from the porch floor to the porch ceiling on the front where the gutters are? Thank you in advance!
A:1. Each porch column has 4’-0” of stone work, the garage has 30”.
2. The plate of the front porch is 9’-1”

The porch/garage roof pitch is 4:12.
The typical upper roof pitch on this house is 8:12.
The front main floor guest room has a bay with four separate windows. The two angled windows are 2'-0" w x 6'-0"h single-hung (the bottom half slides up) and the two center windows are 3'-0" w x 6'-0"h single-hung.
