Plan Description
The formal design of the facade with its peaks and arched entry flanked by oversized decorative windows and Doric columns contrast the informal interior. Once inside, the foyer leads to a large family room and country kitchen. The high ceilings in both rooms create a spacious feeling, warmed by the glow of the fireplace in the family room. A screen porch and patio at the back of this home are convenient to both rooms and provide extra living space. The master suite occupies a full corner of the house in the rear offering privacy and solitude. The bonus room can be used for a workshop or storage for garden tools. A: Yes, column is structural.
Q: How big is the bonus room? Is it big enough for a game room with pool table?
A: Bonus room is “T” shaped so hard to simply define a width X depth. But the center section is 10’-4” x 24’-0” with 5ft high knee walls
Q: Are there any options for the laundry room placement. I want a seperate laundry room that you dont walk through from the garage..but I do nned the stais to the basement as well.
A: Converting the pantry is always a popular option our clients do in the field.
Q: Do you have this house with a similar floor plan of 92421 ? Our objective is stay very close to 2000 sq. ft.
