Q: Can you provide interior pictures? Are the ceilings vaulted in the dining and great room? Would like to see how the fireplace looks at an angle. More pictures are needed for this unique layout. Thanks Jackie
A: Unfortunately, we don't have any interior pictures of this plan. The vaulted ceilings are in the Great room and dining room.

Q: Could i see a truss layout for the vaults on the ceilings ,as to where they lay out for the kitchen and fireplace area
A: We do not provide truss layouts with the plans. These come directly from the truss manufacturer.
Q: How much space is there in the kitchen between counters?
A: 5ft
Q: Is there a way to add the basement steps without taking away the pantry and the storage area in the garage? Also can the basement steps be straight into the basement without a curve. We have a stair lift that we would like to continue using for the basement. Can that be done by enlarging the garage area and what would the cost be.
A: This is feasible. Fee would be $425.00 to prepare the modifications. This fee is in addition to the minimum PDF plan package.
