Plan Description
A roof garden is the highlight of this Southwestern design. The large living room has a corner fireplace and accesses the rear patio, which has a fire pit for barbecues. The kitchen is almost completely surrounded by counters and easily accesses the dining room. Separating the two is a convenient snack bar. For more quiet times, the secondary bedrooms share the main-level right wing, while the master suite rests on the upper level, connected to the garden. This home is designed with a basement foundation.
