A: The ceiling does have a slight vault. There is a small attic area but it is not suitable for storage.
A: This plan has a standard unfinished upper floor & an OPTIONAL finished upper floor. The finished upper foor plan can be crossed out or otherwise noted not to be constructed.

A: The storage space would not be large enough for a stacked washer/dryer, the water heater and water softner should be on the first floor.
A: There is no pantry in the kitchen, you can place a stacked unit where the broom closet is. The plans should indicate this when they are submmited for permit.
