A: The design can be modified to 24'x24' with a clear span floor design, the roof framing can not be built with roof trusses due to the loft area.
A: The plans provide the type and location of electrical appliances, the type and location of plumbing appliances along with a waste riser diagram, and the foundation is fully detailed for a stable soil condition with a soil bearing pressure of 2000 psi., you will need to investigate the soil conditions at your building site to confirm compatibility with foundation design. If the foundation is not compatible with your site you need to contact a local structural engineer for a foundation design suitable for your building site and soil conditions.
