Q: This is the second time to submit this question. We want to remove the paritial wall between the living room and kitchen, which we assume is a load bearing wall. Our question is: does this plan come with trusses drawn in place?

A: The wall between the kitchen and living room is non bearing so it can be removed. The drawings include truss layouts.

Q: We are considering putting this house on a slab. Can the HVAC system be placed somewhere other than the garage? J Miller

A: Yes you can place the HVAC in the attic.
