Plan Description
Open spaces and plenty of windows punctuate this surprisingly spacious home. The two-story floor plan fits just right on a narrow lot. A pair of windows on two walls brightens the living room. Entry to the dining room is marked by an attractive colonnade. The island kitchen adjoins the dining room. Serving as the boundary between the work area and the dining area, the island is a must-have for food preparation and service. For privacy and efficiency, each upper-floor bedroom hosts a private full bath.
