A: The vaulted ceilings are 12’-7”. They have a 5/12 pitch.

A: No it is not.

Q: Could this plan accommodate a partial basement and if so, what would the approximate dimensions of that partial basement be?

A: This plan comes on a full basement but if you want to modify the plan to be a partial basement, you can certainly do that. The dimensions of the partial basement would depend on the size you choose and what the layout would be.
