A: The attic space is done with trusses. This can be turned into usable space but they customer will have to have the plans engineered locally to a useable space.
A: Yes, there is a CAD file available for this plan, but there will be a 48 hour delay due to updates done to the plan. The price for the CAD File is $1,100
A: What is the ceiling height of the rv garage? 13’ – 4” What is the height of the rv garage opening? 12 x 12
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our designer looked at the plan and did not see how that could be done without sacrificing the upper portion of the high bay garage space to the right of the living quarters. A: Yes, dormer will allow light into the attic space. There should be an 11’-0” deep space by 21 feet long with an 8’-0”+/- ceiling in the attic above 2 car garage.
