A: The fireplace and patio should be able to be added in the field by the contractor. We would suggest going over the changes with the contractor and/or planning commission for verification on that. Also, the shelves in the dining room can be removed, making the shower in the master bath larger.
A: The windows across the front of the house are 2'-8" in width and 6' in height. The A/C could be moved but some of the space from the master closet would have to be added to it to do so. The bookcase and closet should be enough room for a fireplace, depending on the size fireplace you purchase. That space including bookcase and A/C closet is 3' x 4'. The attic access is a pull down stair located in the hall. The front door is 3' wide, bedroom doors are 2'-6" wide and bathroom doors are 2' wide.
