Plan Description

A formal foyer with an elegant curved staircase, a grand room, and a formal dining hall are all included in this floor to allow impressive and exquisite evenings of entertaining. The informal family living is ideal in the large family room with a fireplace, a morning room and a kitchen with a center cook top island/snack bar. A guest room or office is located in the rear right corner of the home with a three quarter bath in close proximity. Our house plans will include schematic electrical drawings; however, circuiting or wire sizing will not be included. Your electrical subcontractor will typically provide these drawings.

HVAC and plumbing drawings are not included. Your mechanical and plumbing subcontractors will determine the best layout for your site. Local HVAC codes, climatic requirements and commonly used systems vary throughout the country. The direction of how water flow will enter the home vary from case to case. For this reason, it is impossible to provide universal plans.
