A covered front porch and a stone and siding facade decorate the exterior of this charming three-bedroom home. The central gathering area consists of a Great Room with gas fireplace, Formal Dining area and eat-in Kitchen. A sloped ceiling adds volume and luxury to this space. Split bedrooms offer privacy to the Master Suite, which features a walk-in closet, raised center ceiling and access to the rear yard. A bath with double bowl vanity, and shower enhance the comfort and convenience of this space. A Laundry Room is strategically located near the two-car garage, Master Suite and Kitchen, creating a functional and step saving floor plan. Stairs lead to a lower level walk-out basement, which allows for additional square footage if needed.
Ask the Designer any question you may have. NOTE: If you have a plan modification question, please click on the Plan Modifications tab above.
A: Thank you for your questions. The optional Great Room is shown on the drawings as an option with all information needed to use that section of the plan as opposed to the one you do not want. You would need to coordinate that with your builder so he would know how to arrange the interior to the format you want. What I would do is take a set of blueprints and make a large X over the Great Room you do not want and circle the one you do. The builder should know how to make the substitution. This house is drawn with a walk-out basement and is the primary foundation available. Hope this helps. If you have any other question please let us know. Thanks again,
A: Sorry, no we do not have a version with a bonus room above the garage.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
