Plan Description
Projecting wood beams add a decorative touch to this Santa Fe exterior. A courtyard leads to the entryway. To the left of the foyer is the living room with a beamed ceiling, a corner fireplace and a music alcove. Past the formal dining room on the right is the family room with a fireplace and outdoor access. The kitchen offers yet another fireplace, along with a snack bar and an adjacent morning room. The master bedroom, with a beamed ceiling, is placed quietly to the left of the home. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, dual vanities and a linen closet. At the opposite end of the home are three additional bedrooms, two full baths and a study with a built-in bookcase.

Detailed Home Floor Plans: Shows the placement of walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc. for each level of theme.
Electrical Schematic: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. It may be shown as a separate sheet or be included on the home floor plans.
Foundation Plan: Home plans will show a basement, crawlspace or slab depending on what is available for that home plan. (Please refer to the home plan's details sheet to see what foundation options are available for a specific homeplan.) The foundation plan details the layout and construction of the foundation.
Due to regional variations it is impossible to include much detail about heating, plumbing and electrical work. Ductwork, venting and other details vary depending on the type of HVAC system and the type of energy used. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your home builder, contractor or local supplier. Also not included is a separate framing plan or materials list. These items, if available from the home designer can be purchased for an additional cost. The details sheet for each home plan lists the costs and which items are available.

Q: We are interested in house plan 99272. We have a few questions that we are hoping you might address.
1) there is an area in the living room next to the fireplace that we can't figure what the area is used for. There are some letters that we can't read, so if you could idenify, that would be great.
2) Is there a door in the laundry area that goes out to the side courtyard?
3) We would like to modify and enlarge the kitchen area and master bedroom by utilizing the office area. We do not need a peninsula in the kitchen that has the bar stools, we like a more open plan.

Our lot is located in Idaho and we are very interested in this plan but before we purchase, we would like to know that we can do some modifications.
