Q:What is the size of the attic in this home? Would it be possible to have a bonus space above the main part of the house along with the one that is already above the garage?
A:There is a great deal of attic space available and it would be no problem to add additional bonus space above the main floor living area. As long as joists are provided to handle the additional floor space.

A:Check out plan 56925....it is a different front, but the floorplan is essentially a smaller version of this plan. The front could be modified to match the 51974 plan.

The slab foundation for this plan is a stem wall foundation.

Q:I love this house plan. We can’t find one that we possibly love more. Our lot is presenting a slight problem in that this house would fit extremely tight on the lot. Do you have any variations of this plan that utilizes more of the upstairs? Thank you!
A:This is the only version of this particular plan that we offer. This plan was derived from a smaller version of another plan and the front was modified. You can view plan 56925 to see the smaller version. If you know the maximum width and depth of your buildable area on your lot, modifications within reason could be made to make it work for your lot. Click the "Modifications" tab at the top of the page to receive a quote and time estimate.

Q:Are there pictures of the interior?
This is a new design and we currently do not have any interior pictures. We will add them as they are provided to us by clients.

Q:Do you have a materials list available for this plan?
A:A materials list is available for $195 for the plan in its original form only. Options such as 2x6 walls, basement, etc will not be reflected in the list.

Q:Options for vaulted ceiling? Could an outside door be added leading into the laundry room hall for pool access to bathroom? Do you have this plan with the garage and master bedroom switched? Thinking about the best arrangement for a pool bath. Thanks, Deb Reed

Q:Is there a slight smaller version of this home? I absolutely love it, but cost wise need it to be smaller..like 2700-2800? Also, Is there a plan without the bonus room? Again...just trying to keep cost down...maybe this would be just modifying an area perhaps.
This plan was derived from our plan 56925. The front is different, but could be modified to the same as 56925.
