Q:i would like to double ck. and be sure of the sq. footage. is it 1638 as stated and no mistake? also does it come in 1700-1800 sq.ft. model?
A:The 1638 refers to the heated square footage of the plan. This does not include unheated areas such as the porches and garage which total 787 square feet. The total under roof footage which includes both heated and unheated is 2425. There is an 1855 s.f. version of this plan available which also includes a bonus room area. See plan 59019 for more details.
