Q: what is the total square foot under roof please?
A: Hello, The footages are 1855 sf. heated first floor, 856 s.f. unheated, with another 352 s.f. of heated space in the bonus room. SO its 2711 s.f. total under roof, plus the bonus room if constructed. These footages do not include the masonry veneer. They are outside of stud wall to outside of stud wall footages.
