Garage home plans. This barn design features 2 stalls, generous storage, and a recreation room on the second floor. There are three garage doors that open to the center of the barn for easy access. Each stall has two sets of doors, one through the inside of the barn. The other gives you access from the outside. The exterior door could easily be fenced in and left open to expand the stall.

A: Hello, It looks like this plan has engineered trusses @ 24” o.c. at the roof (not stick framed). The second floor framing is 16” TJI floor joists @ 12” o.c. to clear span the center barn corridor. The recreation room has an 8’ top plate on the right and left sides. The ceiling vaults at the center and is approximately 11’7” tall. The top of the stairs are almost in line with the ridge of the vault so the ceiling is about 11’ tall at the top of the stairs.
