A: Good day, Unfortunately no, we do not have another version of this plan with these requirements. However, this could be easily done via our modification services.
A: There is presently no space to have storage and to add some would change the look seeing as we would need to most probably modify the roof style. And yes, the depth can be increased no problem.
Also, can the roof be designed so that it does not use trusses? I will be building myself and prefer stick building (which would also allow for a higher interior ceiling height).

The roof does meet to a ridge line and there is enough space to put in a vent.
This plan could be modified for stick frame and we would be happy to provide a quote.

With regards to the J-bolts, we do not show all of the spacing but there is a mention on the wall section that the bolts should be installed every 4’
The roof slope is 8/12 on all sides and the roof vents go through the slopes, there is no flat section on top
The plans are designed with 2 x6 but you can build with 2 x4 if you prefer
