A: Hi Dave, I don’t have anything I can send you unfortunately for the website. However, the dotted in bathroom is located right behind the garage in the basement. I hope that this little bit of information will still be helpful! Jessica

A: Good day, Unfortunately we do not have the basement layout. The basement is the same as the main floor but with no divisions (minus the garage) We do not provide the HVAC, this would need to be done locally. However, the hot water tank is located in the basement under the stairs. Also, the washer and dryer are in the basement under the biggest of the bedrooms. On the plan there is a also a bathroom (in dotted lines) should you wish to complete one eventually. I hope this helps! Jessica
