The roofs live load (snow) is specified at 30 pounds per square foot. We do not specify a wind speed or seismic zone as the plans are not reviewed for lateral loading. We can have the plans reviewed for your specific load requirements if you would like to provide us with that information. Once we receive what your specific requirements are we can provide you with a cost quote and time frame.
Our construction drawing do include an electrical layout. Here is a list of what all is included with this design.
