A: The actual house depth is 36 plus the 10 foot uncovered deck total depth is 46 Width of the actual house because the covered side porch in included in the width is 36 wide (including the covered porch but does not include the two steps down from the porch)
A: Yes the house has 2x6 exterior walls, The fireplace is on the plans. The roof structure is not done with trusses, because it is an A frame it is designed with I Joists and Beams

A: There is a forced air furnace in the basement, the peak height could be reduced by lowering the roof pitch.
