A: This plan may not be as strong a candidate for modular construction due to the complexity of the plan. If by modular you mean SIPS wall and roof panels, then a SIPS manufacturer can usually engineer most plans. If by modular you mean engineered trusses, then most plans can be engineered by a truss manufacturer for the roof truss design.
A: The Master Bedroom has its own bath, BR 2 uses Bath 2, BR’s 3 & 4 share Bath 3. We do not have any other photos available other than those shown on the photo gallery on your website.
